The attention to diversity in education has been leading the way and every day there are more jobs, which focus on inclusive education. This paper proposes an Open Educational Resource (OER), this OER guides teachers and policy makers to described inclusion in educational settings, through the development of case studies for teachers specified through case studies of best practices for the attention to diversity. Piloting the use of REA with positive results in terms of their usefulness.
